What is a Pre-Order?

Items listed as a Pre-Order is something that we are selling that is due to come out soon. This means that it is not yet available and we don't have it currently in stock. When purchasing a Pre-Order item, you are essentially pre-purchasing this product so that you have it as early as it is released.

When will I receive my Pre-Order?

We will ship Pre-Orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the product from our distributors. 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is free for any purchases shipping in the Continental United States over $125. Any order below the $125 threshold our outside of the contiguous U.S. will be calculated based on size and weight of the product being purchased. You will be provided shipping costs upon checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment and shipping timelines but at the end of the day, it all depends on where we are shipping to. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive but details will be provided within order confirmation.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We utilize the United State Postal Service, UPS and DHL Express for our shipping carriers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, we currently only ship to Canada via DHL Express. Please note that you are responsible for paying any and all import duties and taxes on orders purchased.

What is your return policy? 

We pride ourselves on safe shipping and quality products, but if you do receive an order that may have been damaged in transit, we're happy to help. Please reach out to support@fulldeckcollectibles.com with any questions/concerns and refer to our full refund policy here.

Due to unpredictability of the collectible gaming market, we are unable to accept returns on single cards, including all Trading Card Games and Collectible Card Games. The only exception to this policy is if you have received a card in a condition inconsistent with the disclaimer on the Singles Page. If you feel this applies to a card you have purchased, e-mail support@fulldeckcollectibles.com within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue via exchange or refund. Please wait for approval from our customer service team before sending back any merchandise.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Any fees from payments through Shopify, Paypal, etc. are non-refundable unless there was error on the part of Full Deck Collectibles.  These fees range anywhere between 3-5% of the total order.
